I absolutely love living here. The community is quiet and clean. The Management is communicative and consistent in providing excellent service. From offering massages to ice cream and cupcakes socials, they’re always doing a little something extra in the neighborhood for residents to enjoy.

We love to live in Hubbard's Crossing. It's a beautiful area with a lot of trees and creek. Maintenance is always on time and doing wonderful job. It's good to feel like at home.

There should be a gym with exercise machines and restrooms, floor mats & mirrors. That is cleaned daily. We pay a lot of money to live here and that should be included.

Great, beautiful, green area. Very peaceful and quiet place to live. Maintenance always comes when something is wrong. Short distance to Lake Washington.

We like living here even though it can be very noisy at times and pets piping all over the grass and owners picking up after their pets. Units are spacious and staff is very friendly.

The area is nice, also quiet even though it's right off 100th. Hiwever the cell service is awefull, and the Covered parking spaces are too tight.

Our community is quiet, the grounds are kept up well and the Leasing staff and maintenance staff are great. I am very fortunate that all my neighbors are great too. It is fun to walk my dog and meet other tenants and their dos as well. Over all I really do love Hubbard Crossing community.

The apartment is excellent. The complex is near a major road but far enough off that all we hear is the nature surrounding the building. It is difficult to move beds upstairs which is the only negative so far.

Great management, good neighbors. I love everything about this community. I only wish there was a gym available to the residents. I do appreciate that we can use the pool in the summer.
